Emergency School Appeal

Schools Destroyed

Emergency Appeal

This July, a freak weather event destroyed several schools, tragically killing pupils in the wreckage. For these children, school meals are often the only food they receive. Their schools are beacons of hope in the refugee camps; not only do children learn and develop, but it is essential for their survival.

We need your help to urgently rebuild 2 of the secondary schools in the camp of Al-Girba. Over 300 children have been devastated by the loss of these two schools and are waiting eagerly to return to the security their school provided.

With your support we hope to build them a better school than the one they lost.

Ethar Secondary Girls School rebuild needs £25,000 and will consist of:

- 4 classrooms
- Fencing
- Roof Insulation
- Furniture
- Toilet facilities
- Prayer Area and Activity Room
- Sports Yard
- Staff Office

Al-Nahda Secondary Boys School rebuild requires £18,000 and will consist of:

- 4 classrooms
- Fencing
- Furniture
- Toilet facilities
- Staff Office

Please help us serve the forgotten and donate what you can.
